It is yet another sad day for football to see Rushden & Diamonds expelled from the Conference. They were a great little club and very hospitable. It now looks like they will be in the Zamaretto League two levels below the Conference. Let's hope for the sake of their fans that they can consolidate, recover and climb back at least to the Conference.
No fans can understand their fan's devastation at this news more than Hatters fans. I wish then the very best of luck in turning this disaster around.
